I'm surprised that a front end alignment wasn't included in the repairs since the damage was on the front right side. The vehicle has been pulling to the right and the steering wheel is shaky at certain speeds. These things were not happening before the damage from the wreck. Now the insurance company doesn't want to pay for an alignment unless it's proven it was caused by the wreck. I don't know how it can be proven that this was caused by the wreck??

This was such an easy experience. Jessica made this so effortless on my part all the way down to assisting with my rental vehicle. Professional communication and pleasant to deal with. Anytime your car is in the shop is never a good time but they made me feel like I didn’t miss a beat. Will be recommending!
