Jim Guthrie, owner and first technician of Car Crafters, started a body shop in his parent’s garage as a teenager. After filling up the cul-de-sac with cars, Jim’s parents told him to focus on college or find a shop and move out of their garage. Diamond, the receptionist, was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. She made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I walked in and was always happy to answer my questions. Matthew, my technician, was fantastic. He kept me informed throughout the repair process, took the time to explain everything, and made sure I knew what to expect every step of the way. His communication and professionalism gave me confidence that my Bronco was in great hands. The quality of the repairs exceeded my expectations, and my Bronco looks amazing.
