My wife & I, Had previously went to 2 different shops, Myrtle Town Body Shop & Quality. My wife was treated with zero respect. So I took it to quality we’re I was treated very rudely & even had to call State Farm to hve our car towed back to our house. My wife called our adjuster & State Farm recommends a new place called Nor Cal Body Shop. We called them & was treated so nicely over the phone we immediately drove to Fortuna upon arrival the service was Superb, the office was excellent condition fresh coffee, plenty of comfortable seating, & even doggie friendly. There office lady was so nice and very considerate to our needs. She made sure we waited to talk with Mike when he came out he was very professional & easy to speak with he asked if we wanted to save the car or have it totaled out. Since we wanted it saved he went & got his main mechanic & we were told it could be done. This was on a Friday by Monday morning they called us & told us State Farm approved & that they had already ordered the parts. So we drove bck to not cal dropped off car & then on that following Friday we were told our car was ready. Our car turned looked excellent, very fast, accurate attention to detail & our car was cleaned even washed. One word for NorCal Body Shop “Reputation” Best Body Shop of all time.
