Hello, I want to express my dissatisfaction with the repair of my vehicle. When the side mirror was replaced, the door trim was damaged because it was cut during the installation. I have been waiting for this issue to be fixed, but I still haven’t received any response about the repair. I also believe I should be compensated for the time I have lost because of this. I have already had to return multiple times for a problem that was caused during your repair, and every visit has cost me an entire day of work. At this point, I cannot continue driving to your shop. I am requesting that a technician come to my home to complete the repair, as it is not fair for me to keep losing time and income because of a mistake that was not my fault. I would appreciate a prompt response and a permanent solution to this issue. Thank you.

Jaime Farias provided exceptional communication, keeping me well-informed with updates on the estimate, repairs, and parts delivery timeline. While the final completion date and time shifted due to uncontrollable factors like late parts deliveries and external repairs, I am very pleased with the results. The car was meticulously detailed, and the paintwork and touch-up areas were impeccable.
