They did a beautiful job, but it was very expensive, and there was one spot, a small ding, that I asked about when I picked up the far, and I was told I should go buy some touch up paint.

When I picked up the vehicle a service manager told me that to repair the small nicks on the left rear quarter panel above the bumper cover edge, would require that the entire panel would need to be repainted which was not initially told to me. I had gone from Beach Collision to here to avoid having to repaint that whole quarter panel as they had recommended that as well which is something I don't want to do. I was told that the color sand and buff would have taken care of those nicks. When I picked up the vehicle I also noticed that the inboard trim rivets on both of the rear mud flaps were not reinstalled thus exposing the wheel well sheet metal to water and road dirt getting into the metal hole of the sheet metal. To avoid corrosion and to fasten the mud flaps in place, I need to go back to get this fixed.

It took a lot longer than expected. I have to struggle with paying for a rental when I was promised one and no one not the sales rep or anyone working with him that treated my poorly.

At least the work got done and I got a quality timely response given circumstances. They were definitely polite and they are AAA certified which made it easy and my rental with be reimbursed.
