The staff were outstanding and especially Samuel Lameli. He went out of his way to make this a very pleasant and comfortable transaction. The vehicle was ready on time and the work was very detailed and done very well. I would highly recommend Norm Reeves Collision family and friends. I was concerned when told that my GPS was not working after the calibrations on my SRS and passenger seat belt were done, but all is well, and I am very happy with the appearance of my car. As long as all items continue to work, my rating will remain a "10"!!
