excellent - seamless handling of the paper work, clear explanation of what to expect at first meeting, completion of work in line with estimated time. Nice to have- weekly update - either an email or phone call. Need to do better- detailing. Detailing department didn’t clean front right door properly, Left a rag in the cabin that was smelling of paint (car cabin was smelling of paint for 2 days) and there was improper cleanup of compound on the door adjacent to where blending was done (which was handled at delivery).

Cost of repair was &1,588 out of which around $1,350 in labor cost!! This is insane..

Although San, Enterprise rent 🚘was very professional, the Illinois vehicles were both satiated with bad distinctive odor I’m allergic to smoke plus first🚘burnt hole on drivers floor, another hole above car ceiling where light fixture mussing & several bumps/scratches all over the vehicle.
