Sam and the team at the collision center did a terrific job of restoring my 13-year old vehicle with 89,000 miles that was in near-mint condition before being rear-ended by a hit-and-run driver. It would have cost me more than $35,000 to replace that car to my equal satisfaction. Timely and high-quality service results. Thank you, guys… a terrific early Christmas present… car is now like brand-new!

Rep was in a rush explaining as if nothing can be done but then said he will send report to AAA and that we can bring the vehicle back or leave it over the weekend which means we would be without our car and it would be sitting over the weekend. Car was not cleaned, parts that should have been replaced with scratches was not replaced. Rear fender that was replaced bulging out at the top

The service was fantastic. From the first phone call I was impressed. I was able to get an estimate for my repairs on the same day and had my car in the shop the following Monday. I was updated on the progress and my car was ready on the day it was promised. The repairs look fabulous. You can't tell there was ever any damage. Thank you.

The Collision Center repainted the bumper with a few coats, which caused the color to be slightly darker than the body of the car. They offered a lifetime warranty on the paint and will paint again. However, avoiding repainting would've been preferred to save a trip to the repair shop.

My car was returned to me incomplete. I was told I was going to have a manager contact me about the repairs that still needed to be done. It’s been over a week and I haven’t heard from anyone. Very disappointed in the service. I specifically chose Norm Reeves Collision because I have a lease through NR Volkswagen. I expected a better experience for the almost 10k they were paid.
