My car still have damages that Need to be fix the employee Federico that works in the collision department seem like he barely wants to help people when it comes to them having questions about their cars or how to get it fix when I went by their yesterday because I noticed their were scratches still on my back passenger door i showed Federico and he assumed that they were water marks and he tried to take it off with his finger but they were not coming off and I asked what can I do to fix it and he told me to go through my Insurance and I said in the mean time can I schedule appointment he said no cause we are book until the 25 and he walked away
