Andres the body shop manager handled the repair of my truck flawlessly. I’m very pleased with the job they did!

The finished work was excellent. The body shop rep needs to always provide a printed estimate of proposed work to be done and obtain the customer’s signed acceptance. I had to ask for this myself, for a repair estimate exceeding $8,000!

See previous comments. The body shop rep was polite and prompt with all callbacks.

Failure to Protect the Vehicle: Returning a car with less than 2,000 miles full of shop dust is a failure in basic professional standards. Shops are expected to use seat covers and floor mats to return the vehicle in the same condition it was received. Damage Dispute (Integrity Issue): The manager initially argued against clearly visible damage. This forces the customer to "prove" the shop’s mistake, which damages trust—the most critical factor in auto repair. Poor Communication/Attitude: The dismissive "we don't do details" comment ignores the difference between a high-end detail and returning a car without shop-generated debris. Lack of Quality Control: 2025 industry standards emphasize that 12% of repairs fail on the first visit due to "work not completed correctly". Returning a car with a scratched window is a significant oversight in final inspection.

Andres explained the work to be done and kept me informed about it progress. I bought my truck from his dealership and couldn’t be more pleased with their customer service, from their service department to the body shop. Thank you!
