Didn't realize the work was going to take 4 days. Was under the impression it would only take 2-3. Was a little inconvenient, but the work was good, so it was worth it overall. Answered every one of my calls and was able to give me accurate updates. Overall i am satisfied and would return.

They didn’t properly clean the vehicle. I had to clean the windshield the windows they were all smeared and with overspray from whatever they use to clean it the passenger door when you open it all that was filled with dust from the bodywork I had to clean that under the hood, it was all filled with dust white spots. I had to clean that. Was it impressed with the cleaning job after the bodywork the bodywork and the paint job was fine when I picked up the vehicle. No one walked out with me to inspect it. All they did was give me the keys. They did say the one guy John was not there, but they could’ve had someone else came out. Thank you.

If you need any kind of bodywork done to your car, then North Canton Collision is your place to go!!! The staff went over and above (Shawn and Susan) making sure my vehicle was safe for me to drive, and communicating with me during the process!!! The staff was courteous and the issues were eventually addressed, but the process involved an incomplete initial estimate, the car being presented as ready before it actually was, additional follow-up and inconvenience, and concerns noted again at final pickup. Because of that, I would be hesitant to recommend the shop despite the professionalism of some of the staff.

The repair quality was ultimately acceptable, but only after additional follow-up and rework. The vehicle was initially presented as complete when it was not, and I also noted an extremely low coolant level at pickup, which affected my confidence in the overall quality control.

Matt and Kelly were very nice and professional, and I appreciated their help. However, the overall experience was disappointing. I was initially given an incomplete estimate, which was only corrected a few days later. The vehicle was then presented as complete when it was not, which led to additional trips, follow-up, and insurance involvement before the issues were finally corrected. I also found the coolant level extremely low at pickup, which added to my concerns. Although the issues were ultimately handled, the process was much more difficult and inconvenient than it should have been.
