This my second time using NC they do so good the first time so I came back the got my vehicle on the 11/19 it’s now 1/27 I spoke to them regularly about my car I have small kids and I always feel so uncomfortable in other ppl cars with them because they are kids they get messy sometimes I was told my battery went out which was weird but nonetheless I trusted them we got a new one nothing else was said upon arrival I was told my car would not crank I waited and waited they told me it had ran out of gas after about a hour they came to the front and said my it didnt come on because my hybrid system was down and that it was probably due to it just sitting for so long so they was having somebody to come look at it they got me a rental car the next week I was told it had to be taken to Kia the car gets to Kia and now I have a thrown rod and a very loud knocking going on under the engine after a lot of back and forth Kia decided they would fix the issue I did have to give the rental back after a week had past but they was very nice at helping me get everything situated no one was mean or rude but im a single mom who sent her car in to a shop for a minor dent to be fixed and im still out of a car and ive been told it could be past march before i get my car back and the problems they was having haven’t even been addressed (the hybrid battery) I’m paying for rides my kids are having a hard time missing out on things it’s just been very hard I have no car a new baby and two boys I never expected any of this and I wasn’t prepared to not have a car it’s been one problem after the next a car is a necessity for a single mother my kids are missing so much Dr appts sports after school stuff I have work simple things that use to be easy like going grocery shopping or picking up meds have been a hassle it’s just hard to hear a company tell me they are sorry it’s just some that just happen and they are sorry but I’m the one whose actually sorry if you know what I mean
