I am very pleased with every aspect of your service. When I came in for the estimate, everyone and everything was done in a welcoming and professional manner. I was given the date to bring the car in, reminders were given. I was given an estimated pickup day, which happened to be the day stated. I work completed is excellent. If needed again, I will definitely use North Columbus Collision Center.

Communication was unprofessional. Was adv that it was a possibility that some parts could be on back order when my car got reviewed, but i didnt find out until the promise dates i would get my car back that there were parts on backorder and my car would not be returned till a later time. I also didn't receive pictures until the Friday prior of the original promise date of 9/20, which shown my car in pieces.
