The folks at Northeast Locaters were some of the most kind and compassionate people I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. Considering I was in a very unpleasant situation with hitting a deer with my brand new car, Dan was so sweet. He took extra time to call and check in with me periodically during the entire process even though I will say the entire repair took under a week to complete. And to top off the exceptional customer service and beautiful repair job, my car came back to me spotless inside and out!
