I was 90% satisfied. I've been doing business with you guys for years and have always been 100% satisfied with the quality of your work. My issue is with Raven. Most of the time she's outgoing and friendly. But several times she was condescending and rude. I'll give you an example. I showed up at the shop for an estimate. From the time I walked up to the counter she seemed bored, like she'd rather be somewhere else. She said something to me and I said I'm sorry I couldn't hear you. She snaps back and raises her voice too loud and repeats herself. I say to her that you didn't need to yell and she freaking glared at me! If it wasn't for my satisfaction with all the work you've done in the past, I would've walked out. But then the day I bring the car in to drop off, she was a completely different person. Bubbly and outgoing and friendly. I would've wrote it off as her having a bad day, everyone has them, but then she was rude on the phone when I wasn't understanding something she was telling me. Idk. Keep up the great work on the cars. I'll keep coming here if I need a body shop.
