When I was called to let me know that my car was ready for pick up and final payment was needed. I was also told that my front tires were also in need of replacement. I had already declined once, but the representative was very concerned for my well-being and so she really wanted to make sure that I knew how bad they were, which I appreciate. So I asked her for an estimate for what it would be to get the tires replaced and how long that would take. Keep in mind, I am now paying out-of-pocket for my rental vehicle. This conversation occurred sometime in the early afternoon and unfortunately, she did not get back to me that day, forcing me to pay for another day of rental when I could’ve had my car back and rental returned. When I brought this to her attention, the next day I was met with hostility, but eventually an apology was issued. This just leaves a bad taste in my mouth after what was overall a very positive experience. it would’ve been nicr at a minimum, not have attitude thrown back at me and it would’ve been even better if the final day of enterprise coverage would’ve been compensated for. You are one of the few Tesla certified repair shops in the area and I have lots of friends with Tesla‘s. I’m just not sure right now how I feel about recommending your company.

I had an outstanding experience with Diana and the entire auto body team during an incredibly stressful time after my accident. While dealing with a traumatic and difficult insurance process, Diana was calm, compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to help me every step of the way. Her customer service was exceptional—responsive, reassuring, and genuinely caring. The quality of the repair work was also excellent; my car looks amazing. I’m so grateful for their professionalism, kindness, and top-notch service. Highly recommend.

They made it a very painless procedure all the way through. They kept me informed of what was going on every step of the way. They negotiated with the insurance company to make sure it was repaired correctly with nothing out of my pocket except for the deductible. I can’t say enough good things about them. Highly recommend.
