This is my second time using North Haven Auto Body and I could not be happier with their work. This time for a cracked mirror that I was unsure whether to get fixed due to the inconvenience of not having my vehicle during repair. However, North Haven Autobody agreed to purchase the required parts in advance, paint, and then install within an hour while I waited. They cracked the mirror during the repair but had the foresight to order one of those as well and replace without any extra charge. I live in Farmington so there are more convenient shops that do body work near me. However, I plan to use them for repair work for all of my vehicles going forward.

When I when I dropped off my Volkswagen I was overwhelmed to the amount of customer service that I received from Raven to Danny(Enterprise) to the men in the back to the man who helped me with using Sunbit.( It was a first time for both of us). The amount of professionalism and kindness was foreign to me however I really appreciated it. Raven kept me updated on my car we both thought it would not take this long but I was not in a hurry. (Also my condolences to your coworker.) I would 100% recommend and will return again for myself. Thank you North Haven auto body my car looks fantastic
