I used North Haven Autobody many years ago after my car slid on ice into a telephone pole. I couldn’t believe the great job that was done to repair the damage. It was like the accident never happened. Today, many years later, I had to get my new car repaired and it looks just like the day I drove it off of the dealership lot. I highly recommend North Haven Autobody for their meticulous work.

Wished I could have been offered an opportunity to do a complete detail, given the length of time my car was in service. Communication was inconsistent at times. Also, wish the car would have been returned to me clean. Finally, although the alignment issue was eventually fixed, I was inconvenienced.

I was completely satisfied with the work done on my car, but not satisfied with the time it took to do the repair! It cost me quite a bit because we went over what I had for rental with my car insurance!

i am very happy with my car repair, but unhappy with my experience! Everyone was pleasant & helpful, but the time frame was unacceptable! My car was broken into ( I did not cause this!)on May 23, 2026! I contacted police, insurance & NHAB (North Haven Auto Body) which was on Amica's list! I had heard good things & seen their ads on tv! I brought car to be looked at & was told it may not be as bad as I thought! Driver door handle & cylinder around ignition , etc., were broken -but they thought I could still use my old key, etc. They said to bring it in June 2 .I was updated often & very courteously treated & kept in touch with them & Amica & Enterprise! I had been told I had $900 rental - never thinking it wouldn't be enough! I received updates about parts delays, painter delays!!! As my rental date approached, I informed all involved that I wanted my car finished! When that was not going to happen I asked what can be done to help me! I knew I had to pay the deductible, but not for the extra rental days!!! Amica representative tried, but said I would have to increase my rental on my policy! Enterprise said they would give me the insurance rate, but that's all they could do! I kept in close touch with NHAB hoping they could help - Speed up the process!!! Give me a loner!!! Said no loner & they couldn't help! I felt helpless This was a costly, stressful, time consuming experience!!! Everyone I spoke to - Raven, Michelle, Diana were so nice - but couldn,t help me! Finally on July 1- paying over $600 in rental cost - ( in addition to the deductible) - I got my car! I am not happy! I feel more should be told to the customer to prepare for this experience!
