The car was brought in last Thursday. They had problems painting the car so it had to be done over. Today Monday I am told that they broke something which needs to be fixed. I can pick it up on Tuesday BUT it must be brought in on Thursday to repair what the technicians broke. Very disappointed in the service provided.

They left yellow sticky thing on drivers side front tire which I discovered after hearing road noise. There is also an intermittent noise that I have not found yet

Communication was great up until the last week. I was told my car would be ready on Wednesday, but Wednesday came and went and I hadn't heard anything by Friday, so I called in and spoke to Kevin. Kevin advised that they still had to paint, bake, and reassemble the parts of the car, and that there was no way it was going to be ready on Saturday (in a pretty unsympathetic fashion). Then I called back later and spoke to a woman that told me my car was going to be ready on Saturday, which it was.
