Follow up on my windshield was not completed as I was told they were waiting for an invoice when the windshield actually need need calibration had to wait two more days. After picking up my vehicle also noticed two scratches on the right fender.

The time of repair from when I first took the car in for an estimate, was a month or so out...it would have been nice if someone had contacted me periodically to let me know if that date was still firm or if there was a chance to get the car in earlier.

The work they did was great and took as long as they said. I picked the car up after hours. When I inspected the car I found some damage to the rear bumper I am fairly certain was there when I dropped the car off. I sent and e-mail to Kimberly, who sent me the estimate, telling her about the damage and have yet to receive a response.
