Only issue is miscommunication. I was under the impression that when I was told Enterprise would be contacted…. I assumed that meant a reservation was made between Enterprise and Nationwide. I had never rented a car before and so my lack of knowledge of the process made it difficult. You might want to address that in the future.

I would prefer the scheduling to have been better, but you were spot on for our first car. I would tell friends to be cautiously optimistic. I like your work and pricing as well. And you both were very professional and kind and that goes a long way.

Everything was superb...both the gentleman and the woman with whom I interacted were polite, responsive, and very personable. I was simply annoyed that I was originally told that the car would be done Thursday afternoon, then received a text that it would not be done until the following Tuesday and when I called was told, "no it will still be ready Thursday afternoon", but when I heard nothing on Thursday, I called and asked when it would be ready and was told "not it will be ready Tuesday". So I had to reschedule the oil change that I was getting and reschedule the coordination of switching cars with my son who goes to school in Akron. You can imagine my surprise when I received a call at lunch on Friday telling me that my car was ready. I could have kept the oil change, but had lost it due to rescheduling. I loved everything EXCEPT this scheduling. I will bring future cars to you, but I won't trust your scheduling.

The shop did a nice job repairing my car and my contact was great. It was expensive.
