The major repair was promised in 5 working days and they did a great job within the promised time and cost. A lessor polishing job was also done in time and at a reduced cost.

My contact was out of the office for several days. No one filled in for her while she was gone. My car was ready several days before I got it back because no one bothered to contact the insurance company for payment. I had received notice it had been paid! I had to contact you to let you know because no one bothered to check. Communications are pretty bad.

I would strongly recommend Northpark COLLISION to anyone requiring bodywork done on the cars that they support. The staff was polite and attentive. The estimate provided was extremely close to the actual Price charged, and I had approved for the one item that resulted in a slightly higher charge than the estimate. The turnaround time was exactly as stated the service and attention to detail was great. One happy customer.

We took our vehicle there after a recommendation from Lexus,after a minor collision involving the front fender. When we got home, the front fender was loose, and one of the sensors was not installed properly as well as the shielding under the wheel well. We took it back and the manager initially said that the damage was not done in the collision. They ended up trying to fix it again at no cost but it appears as if the repair was done sloppily when they tries repai it again. The fender is still loose as well as the door panel. We will not be using this repair center again. The repair coordinator Robert was good and communicated well but the actual work done was subpar..
