Follow thru and communication with Jabi was excellent. She was easy to get ahold of and was very proactive as far as updates were concerned. So far, I’m happy with the repair work that was done. . I just feel like the repair took far too long. There was a delay getting a muffler, but I feel like my car should have been prioritized due to the long wait for that. I don’t understand how a repair like this can take over 2 months.
