The team at North Park is awesome. They informed me on updates every step of the way. They took great care of my Lexus IS350. The paint came out looking amazing. Andreas helped me with the initial inspection and he gave my car great attention to detail. Francisco updated me on the approval and parts status. He even made sure all the parts would be available timely. He was very kind and made sure the vehicle looked great just like it was his own car. Highly recommend this body shop. I haven’t had too much experience getting a vehicle repair of this magnitude. The team at North Park put me at ease and took care of everything along the way. They are always available when you need an update and they keep great details on the repair status. Vehicle was done on schedule and no surprises. I couldn’t ask for a better shop. Would very likely recommend highly. Only concern would be inspection delays by insurance company or due to this not being an approved company. By insurance companies.

Final result very good. Repair took long time mainly due to insurance approval delays. North Oarj shares some of responsibility due to missing some part repairs while reviewing original plan.
