When I brought my car in, I asked your store manager how you would repair the damage to the rear bumper. Your manager told me that the entire rear bumper would be repainted. However, when I picked up the car, I found that it had not been repainted at all. Instead, it looks like you only polished and waxed the damaged area. There is still a very noticeable scratch on the right side of the rear bumper that has not been repaired.
