The office never answered their phone. The rep that I was working with gave me his cell number, which was never answered either. The text statuses I signed up for were not accurate at all. I received several the first week or two based on the first estimate and compeltion time. THen nothing else whenever the date was extended. So I never recevived a status on my vehicle, from atext, from a call, nothing. I was just suppossed to guess when my car was doen because calling was pointless as well. Ridiculous!

The body work was very well done, but they left paint on my windshield from repairs. I came by the shop 2 days later and they wiped it off, but I just noticed the paint is still on my w/s.

I rate the the customer service manager that helped me a 10 but i felt a little uncomfortable with the other services managers in the off, it seemed like they were unwilling to help if they were not directly working with you.
