The work was incomplete on the first trip. once work was completed it was fine. The service was very poor. My wife and I was dissatisfied with our treatment and the 49 days it took to get our car back. we expected a high standard of excellence we were disappointed with substandard of service and performance

I called the shop maybe 15 times and received 2 calls back total, I was told my car was completed, then the next day the driver who was picking it up said it was waiting to get an alignment and detailed, I was told it needed a car wash. The driver left 5 hours later after waiting on it, it was definitely not detailed, and no car wash I know of takes 5 hours. I was told parts were on back order but was never updated as to when it would be completed until after it was done.
