Customer service was good however service rep in repair shop told us the work could not be done because car to old and could not fix bumper My daughter called the parts dept and they told her they either could get one or had one. A week later service Rep said it did not fit and could not fix it. My daughter again called parts and they said they did have one . The rep called 5 days later and said car was fixed
