I was told it would take up to five days but it only took one and a half days. I was pleasantly surprised. As far as I know, everything was repaired correctly. The Personnel at Benson Collision Center were professional, polite, and easy to work with.

Automated system stated car was fixed. Returned from out of town and went to get car with family at airport awaiting arrival of my fixed SUV. Car was not ready, had to rent a large car and left family waiting. Caused a frustrating inconvenience. Jeff was prompt to rectify but it appeared to be a routine system failure that should be rectified.
