I was very very satisfied with NorthEast Body Shop very excellent customer service by Jeff, Charles and Marcus and they did a excellent job in my Toyota Corolla 2017 the only downside was my rental with Enterprise rental even thought my insurance gave me an extension I pick my car Friday October 18 by 1:30p but Enterprise provide me a poor service. They were rushing me to returned car even though Thursday my car wasn’t ready. I really hope my insurance provide me with a better rental if there is a next time I hope not.

The repairs done by the shop were done so that the car looks brand new. I also really appreciated the help Jeff gave in relation to the insurance company. Accidents are never fun and getting the car repaired is usually a pain in the neck. I found this experience to be painless thanks to Jeff. He handled everything and made sure I got everything I was entitled to from the insurance company.

There was a little delay the day when scheduled to pick vehicle up but all looked good once ready. Everyone we dealt with during the repair process was so kind and efficient answering any questions or concerns we had. Very professional.
