After getting home and looking over the jeep. There was paint that scratched that was not there when I dropped the jeep off, was covered up by touch paint. The area that was suppose to be repaired look worse then when I took the jeep in.

Have used and referred This shop many times. Never have I ever received such low craftsmanship than I received on my vehicle at this time. Makes me really hesitant to bring other vehicles. I would really be embarrassed for anyone that I referred to get this kind of service. As a matter of fact, I have been telling everyone I know how great North East Customs was going to have my Tundra looking and after two months I m embarrassed to show anyone. Even a non car enthusiasts would notice all the flaws. I will be giving them a chance to rectify the issues but as of now I am very unhappy.

Everyone at NEC did an amazing job on my car, It went in and was completed fairly quickly than most places, they were able to provide updates and let me know what was going on. I inspected the car and it looked flawless. Sam was very communicative and responsive, they immediately recognized me from when i dropped the car off, I will definitely suggest NEC to my friends and family. They are an amazing team.
