My car was taken there because safelite takes their customers there when damages are done. My car sat in the lot because according to you, safelite did not payment arrangements. When I spoke with safelite, they stated they did not receive no kind of notification, email or phone call that the car was ready or invoice. While my car sat there for almost two weeks after it was ready my car was broken into and personal items and valuables were stolen. The business didn’t even notify costumers that they had SEVERAL cars broken into, which I feel they need to disclose. I felt the manager was no help with the situation and had no solution. They mentioned my car was going to be cleaned and it was most definitely not cleaned, actually left worst off. Fernando, had great customer service and re assured me my car was safe and not to worry. I am very disappointed at the fact that it wasn’t.

Amazing group of people that work here. The owner is by far the most professional, understanding and true to his word kind of man in which makes the situation a lot less stressful. Being a single mom funds are tight but they are worked with me and everyone is happy. I will be telling everyone I run into who needs any work done about Northeast Customs is to take your vehicle.
