NE did an exceptional job from quote to tote.Which means, my insurance company gave me a list of repair shops and after reading reviews (Sharon) I chose NE. What they "QUOTED" is what they performed above and beyond (carwashed/detailed) with a smile. So when they called to say it was completed (ahead of schedule) we looked it over and "TOTED" it away. Still in review on a few minor things, they had no knowledge of due to theft recovery.
