I appreciated how well you guys worked with Nationwide and Entrerpise through my repair time. All I had to do was drop off/pick up my car and I liked how you guys were ready. When you said the rental was going to be ready by 8 am it was. When my car was ready for pickup by 4, it was.

The body of the truck was repaired great however there was a leak that was caused from the accident that Northfield Collision refused to declare because the truck is order and rested underneath. My truck was taken to Northfield tire for a diagnostic check. I was told that there is a leak in the power steering fluid, the brake lines are almost rusted out and there is a leak in the will. After taking it to a mechanic for a second opinion he found that the oil pan have been shifted. I had to repair that and pay for it out of my own pocket. My truck never leaked prior to this accident and started leaking at the site of the accident and afterwards. Not only did the insurance company not pay it based on what Northfield Collision told them but they also told me that the incorrect parts had needed fixed!

I am not happy with the fact that Northfield Collision did not take care of the leak that was caused from the collision. My truck was leaking oil after the accident and they had misdiagnosed it as power steering issues from pre-existing damage due to rust.
