Given the circumstances the overall rating is good.The staff was courteous and very helpful.They did a good job on the outside of the car. I would do business with them again and would also recommend them to others. My only complaint is before you deliver a finished product you need to thoroughly check it out-on my first attempt the inside of the car was very dirty & it had to be cleaned then on the second attempt there were seat belt issues that took multiple attempts to fix it. Other than these issues everything went well.

The services I received were beyond my expectations. This is the second time I have used Northfield Collection and both times the repairs were exceptional and the vehicles came back like brand new. The employees were all so very nice it was just a pleasure interacting with them. Hopefully I won't need to use their service again but if I do I would never go anywhere else .
