The personnel were very nice and accomodating especially Heidy and Ana who would call and give me updates on the status of the vehicle repair. John also thoroughly explained to me and my husband what was done as to the repairs or what was replaced, etc.

The repairs were done ahead of the estimated completion date. The entire car looked better than ever. It looked like it had been detailed.
