My service representative Ivy was excellent, communicative and friendly during a stressful experience of being injured a rear-end accident. Northside made the car repair the easiest part! My car was also returned to me with an array of Northside "merch" which was a sweet touch. Light interior detailing was also such an awesome above and beyond extra. I am grateful to all who worked on my vehicle.

My car looks beautiful, like nothing ever happened. I was informed the entire time Northside had my vehicle. Everyone there is super kind! When I got my car back, it was cleaned inside and out and with some nice little surprises to boot! I highly recommend Northside Autobody!
