Staff are professional & nice. From the minute I stopped in for estimate until completion of repair. The extra touch of washing my car & leaving a Northside tumbler & air freshener and plate frames, went a long way. I have been going to Northside ( Poughkeepsie) for repairs with my daughter’s vehicles. They never disappoint! Love that they are closer to my home in Fishkill! Thanks, Ivy & all of Northside team. Wow! Thank you Andrew and the whole team at Northside! They are a well run and organized business. This was a seamless process! Customer service is exceptional! Their quality of work is exceptional! We were truly floored when we saw that our car was not only fixed (with a couple extra items fixed too), but they cleaned the car inside and out!!! They also left a swag bag for us!
