I just wanna say that you guys were wonderful. The customer service was above and beyond. I love how down to earth everybody was up there you guys stayed on top of everything and made the whole process so easy for me. My car was damaged and honestly, I was stressed out, but dealing with you guys. It was like nothing even happened. That’s how easy y’all made the process for me so I just wanna say thank you so much I highly will recommend you guys to other people as well

Although the repairs took a lot longer than expected- I know that’s mostly on my insurance company. The collision team was very good about either contacting me or my husband with any updates they had and were very careful with my vehicle and I appreciate that very much.

Northside was willing to take on a wild card repair because many parts for my Pontiac were unavailable. This repair work was basic denied by the first body shop that I consulted. They worked tightly with a vacillating and fickle insurance company and completed my vehicle within a fixed budget. They had to improvise and repair parts that would typically be replaced with new. The result was pristine and actually a touch better than the vehicle was prior to the collision. All that without a penny out of my own pocket. Very grateful for their resourcefulness and dogged perseverance.
