I had an excellent experience with Gerber Collision & Glass. My advisor was amazing throughout the entire repair process and consistently kept me updated and informed every step of the way. I never felt like I had to wonder what was happening with my vehicle or chase anyone down for information, which made an already stressful situation so much easier. I also really appreciate the peace of mind that comes with the lifetime warranty on the repairs. Knowing that Gerber stands behind their work, along with the confidence I had in them as a direct repair facility through my insurance company, made me feel very comfortable with the entire process. From the communication and professionalism to the quality of service and warranty, I was extremely pleased with my experience. Since I’ve had My Vehicle back it seems to be issues with My Computer and My front tires having issues! They had My Van for almost 3 weeks! First telling Me it would only be a week! No Urgency to get My Van back to Me at all! Getting Attitudes and Trying to Intimidate Me bout their progress! The Experience Sucked! I’ve had to come out of My own pocket! Never Again!
