The area where the repairs made attachments are sticking out and if this was order through dealership it should fit this stuff doesn't fit and that's not good work and it doesn't look to last long

The Merrill road location was absolutely fantastic! Very professional, timely communication, great service from the time they received the vehicle to when we picked it up. Our service writer was also fantastic and seemed to be proud of her job. If and when something ever happens again, I will definitely use this location!

To be honest, it just took way longer than I expected after I brought it in prior to the repair appointment, so they can order parts. I expected a thorough inspection while they observed it for parts so that it wouldn’t take long when the parts got here and extra parts wouldn’t need to be ordered. To me it seemed like a lazy job for the pre-inspection and it ended up costing me a lot longer for the wait and Rental vehicle. I was warned by several business owners in the area that caliber takes exceptionally longer than the rest of the body shops. I should’ve listened to them.

We had to take the car back three times because they did the job incorrectly. They are swirl marks in the hood. Some kind of chemical they use dissolve the tint on the window so they only wanted to pay for that one window but the new tent didn’t match the old tint so we end up paying $150 out-of-pocket to repair the tent. There’s some kind of coin or penny or nickel that slid down in the console every time we move the car the car rattles now all this was done in the car has to go back now and have the console torn out there they punched the hole in the driver side door and the estimate was higher than taking the car to BMW in the first place, but because Xavier insisted we go to caliber we went there and it’s the worst thing we have ever done we want our car fixed, right?

Unfortunately, for me and fortunate for me this is the second time I’ve had to use caliber collision. Both times I was extremely satisfied and happy with the process! The entire staff from begining to end were great. I am very pleased how my repair went and how my vehicle looks!
