The management/office staff at Northside Collision, Brian, Ashley, and Stephanie were all very friendly and welcoming to me! I was not very comfortable/confident in the insurance company’s approved/preferred repair shop, so approached Northside Collision for a secondary estimate. They answered questions and explained the supplemental claim process in detail, and, called me midway through the repair to proactively provide me an update. They also handled an out of pocket repair most cost-effectively for me! I am very pleased with my experience with Northside Collision!
