This repair took about 4 months due to parts having to come from Europe. Despite that, Sivone (San Antonio) did a fantastic job managing the client, communicating in a timely manner and coordinating the repair, which turned out to be flawless. The car is like new again and was delivered fully cleaned inside and out. Great wxperience!

The end result was very good. The side of the car was properly repaired. The job ,however, took over a week. when I deal with the lexus people similar repairs take 2-3 days.
