They could've just told me they damaged the seal and it wouldn't have been a big deal. Finding out during that storm Friday night was pretty messed up.

From my initial call to bring the car in for a repair estimate to the repair phase everyone was very responsive. Mr Searcy ensured i knew what was happening through the process. When I returned with the parking aide not functioning it was taken care immediately while I waited. Professionalism and quality work is what I have come to experience from Northside Ford.
