My car was released to me with the worst paint job ever on the truck. I had to bring it back into the shop and have it wet sanded to fix the cosmetic of it. It still looks like crap. I’m not happy.

Sivone was great. He took the car back and had it fixed. (When I picked it up, it was rainy, so I couldn’t see the finish details. I took him at his word. There was another guy who came out to my car with me who just wasn’t friendly at all. He didn’t say anything to me and when I asked him to get a towel to dry off the trunk for me to look at, he seemed very put out.

I was out of the loop for the most part of the claim. I had to physically go to the shop to find my status. However once the body shop manager got involved i was communicated the process and this enhanced my experience.
