After dealing with the headache of a hit and run, Carsen and everyone at NW Auto Body made the whole process so much easier. They kept us updated, answered all our questions, and truly went above and beyond to take care of us. The customer service was top notch, and the quality of the work was stellar. Rich was great from the beginning he was professional, punctual, and communicated very well. He gave me options, explain the process and timeline. The work was done very professionally. There’s one spot on the door that needs to be followed up with and I’m confident that they will do that. I would highly recommend talking to rich at Northwest collision if you needed any auto body work done. five stars!

The entire experience was great. Carson is very knowledgeable and took great care of my wife’s concerns during the initial quote.
