Thorough evaluation of vehicle. Efficient and speedy repair. They are not persuaded to cut costs by using off- brand parts, but use original manufacturers parts. The warranty to stand behind their work is commendable.

Amazing Service!! I took my Tahoe to Northwest Autobody after it had been hit by another vehicle. They took care of working with the other party’s insurance company and made the entire process smooth & stress-free. I worked with Rich to have repairs done on my vehicle after someone backed into me. Rich made the process very easy for me especially working with the other person's insurance. My vehicle was only 2 months old and I really didn't want to put after market parts on my vehicle. Rich went out of his way to make sure I got OEM parts. They even "ate" the difference when the insurance wouldn't pay for the OEM parts. Shery was great to work with too. I would definitely recommend using Northwest Autobody.
