There was a snafu with my seat belts and I hope Cory and the team got it figured out so it doesnt happen to a less reasonable customer. It was no big deal to me, I just hate to see my friends have problems. I understand how it goes and hope you guys have a solution for this going forward. We dont lose, we learn. There was some substancial white powdery dust still on the seats and door panels that I wiped down, just fyi, I took care of it. Again, this is not to shame or blame, just feedback.

I had outstanding service on my car and they filled me in on all the questions I had on handling the insurance company. In addition to doing a wonderful job repairing my car, I am very appreciative of the cleaning they did on the inside of my car.
