David has made arrangements to have the bumper issues taken care of. I cannot express how grateful I am that he took the extra time to handle this. I am not dissatisfied with the service just bummed it wasn't the final outcome. Every person I had contact with was professional, kind and curtious .

We were both quite pleased with your service and gave you all 10's on the Farmers survey. However there were 2 minor items that I want to mention just to you: 1-not seen at pickup but later at home, a large multi-contact electrical cable showed up dangling from under rt rear bumper; easily re-connected. 2-Requested left-over paint for our use on rt front door, reply was you'd "do something": nothing done(?). Headlights looked great, tho: thanks!
