The gal at the desk is very loud and said my phone and home address so loud everyone in the waiting room could hear. Maybe just use the last four digits of the phone number…? I don’t like having my name and personal info shared for all to hear.

The way they sent two different totals for repair to the insurance company was stupid. why not just send one after you have torn down the truck.

The actual repair was done great and fast. Wished the clean up of inside was better. Have had work done by them in the past and the inside was cleaned better. But the actual work was great and staff was great up front.

Customer Service was excellent & I was kept informed from beginning to end. I dealt with Amber & she would update me every couple of days or whenever she knew some more details. She seemed to be very knowledgeable about what needed to be done & how long it would take.

Didn't deal directly with the workers in the shop itself, but the front desk personnel were very friendly and easy to work with. I'd give them an eleven or twelve.
