The work was good, just hesitant because of the lack of communication and attitude of front office personnel.

While the overall body work appears to be satisfactory, the communication while the vehicle was being repaired could have been much better.

Sporadic emails with little information is no substitute for a phone call especially when the repair took as long as it did. I feel as if I had to hunt down my car at Pierce Auto to get an update then update Northwest about my car!
